Will IcedJewelz Moissanite watches pass a standard diamond tester?
Yes, 100%. Every Moissanite stone we sell—whether on a watch, ring, or pendant—has the same thermal conductivity as a natural diamond. If you take your IcedJewelz piece to a jeweler or use a handheld thermal tester, it will test Positive (Diamond). You get the full "real diamond" experience without the markup.
Do items come with a Certificate of Authenticity (GRA)?
Yes. All Moissanite purchases include an official GRA (Global Gemological Research Academy) Report and warranty card. This certificate verifies the stone’s grading (typically VVS1 Clarity, D-Color), carat weight, and cut. It is your proof that you own a high-grade gemstone, not glass or cubic zirconia.
What is the difference between Moissanite and Cubic Zirconia (CZ)?
The difference is longevity and science. CZ is soft and gets cloudy/scratched within months. Moissanite is a space-born mineral that is the second hardest gemstone on earth (9.25 Mohs), harder than rubies or sapphires. It will never get cloudy, scratch, or lose its fire. It is a "forever stone," whereas CZ is a temporary accessory.

What is your Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy?
We accept returns only if the product you received is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind," sizing issues (provided we sent the size ordered), or personal dislike. You must initiate a return request within 3 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the return package and verify that the item is unused and in original condition, we will process your refund to your original method of payment (Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Wise, or PayPal). Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account after approval.
For Order cancellation - You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. However, once the item has been shipped or moved into the "Custom Production" phase (for custom names or specific ring sizes), cancellations are no longer allowed.
