To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video (from sealed package to full product view) is mandatory for all return claims.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse will not be accepted.

 


 

4. Return Procedure

  • Once the return is approved:

    • The buyer must ship the product within 3 days of delivery.

    • A valid return tracking number must be shared once dispatched.

  • Returns without prior approval or without proper proof will be rejected.

 


 

5. Return Shipping & Customs

  • The buyer is fully responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees related to the return must be paid by the buyer.

  • Unapproved or unpaid return shipments will not be accepted or refunded.

 


 

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Shipping, customs, and handling charges are non-refundable.

8. Pre-Shipment Confirmation

  • Before dispatch, we share product photos or a short video with the buyer for confirmation.

  • The buyer must respond within 24 hours to confirm approval or raise any concern.

  • If no response is received within 24 hours, the order will be shipped automatically.
