Most of our Solitaire and Halo pendants are designed as "Sliders." This means the chain passes through the bail (loop) or the body of the pendant, allowing the stone to move freely and always center itself at the lowest point of your neckline. We also offer "Station Necklaces" where the stones are fixed to the chain and do not move.

Yes. To maximize versatility, most of our Women's Pendants come with a 16-inch chain + 2-inch extender. This allows you to wear the pendant high at the collarbone (16") or lower on the chest (18") depending on the cut of your shirt or dress.

This usually happens if the chain is too light compared to the pendant, or if the pendant is "top-heavy." We design our pendants with a low center of gravity and a flat back gallery to minimize flipping. However, if you are very active, a slightly thicker chain (like a Box chain) can help stabilize the pendant better than a whisper-thin cable chain.

While Moissanite is hard enough to sleep in, the fine chain is the weak link. Sleeping in a necklace can cause the chain to kink, stretch, or tangle in your hair/sheets. We recommend taking it off at night to prolong the life of the chain and to prevent the prong settings from snagging on bedding.

Rabbit Ear: The classic "V" shaped loop on top of the stone. It allows the pendant to pivot freely and gives it a traditional fine-jewelry look.

Hidden Bail: The chain goes through the back of the setting, so no metal loop is visible from the front. This creates a modern, "floating stone" effect where the diamond appears to sit directly on your skin.

Because pendants rest against your chest, the back of the stone collects body oils, lotion, and perfume, which stops the light from shining through. This makes the stone look dark. You must clean the back of the setting (the pavilion) specifically. Dip a soft toothbrush in soapy water and scrub the underside of the cage to instantly restore the brilliance.
