Our Moissanite grillz are designed as "One Size Fits Most" using Silicone Molding Bars. Every set comes with these bars. You simply place the molding bar and the grill in hot water until the bar becomes clear/soft, place it over your teeth, and bite down gently for 60 seconds. As it cools, the silicone hardens and creates a custom, removable mold of your teeth shape. No dentist required.

We strongly recommend removing them before eating or smoking. Food particles can get trapped between the grill and your real teeth, leading to bacteria buildup. Additionally, chewing hard food can warp the frame or crack the Moissanite settings. Smoking can stain the gold plating over time. Think of them as jewelry, not permanent teeth.

Absolutely not. IcedJewelz does not use glue for grillz. Every Moissanite stone is Micro-Prong Set into the metal frame. This is crucial for two reasons: 1) It prevents you from accidentally swallowing a loose stone, and 2) It eliminates toxic glues that shouldn't be in your mouth.

No. Our grillz are plated over 925 Sterling Silver (not brass or copper). Because we use precious metals as the base, they will not corrode in saliva or turn your teeth/gums green. However, we recommend rinsing them with fresh water after every wear to remove saliva acidity and maintain the shine.

Generally, yes. The Silicone Molding Bar is thick enough to fill in gaps and accommodate slight misalignments, providing a secure fit even if your teeth aren't perfectly straight. However, if you have extremely deep gaps or complex dental work, the fit might not be as secure as it would be on straight teeth.

Bacteria loves hiding inside grillz. After wearing them, soak the grill in a mix of warm water and mouthwash for 5 minutes. Gently brush the inside (where your teeth sit) with a soft toothbrush to remove plaque buildup. Dry them completely with a cloth before storing them to prevent mold or smells.
