FAQ on Iced Out Pendants
Will this pendant fit on my existing Cuban Link or Rope chain?
You must check the Bail Size (the loop on top of the pendant). Most of our standard pendants accommodate chains up to 5mm wide. For larger pendants meant for heavy Cuban Links (10mm+), check the product description to ensure the bail opening is wide enough. If you are unsure, contact us before buying!
Why do some iced out pendants flip over while wearing them?
Pendants flip due to poor weight distribution or being "top heavy." IcedJewelz pendants are designed with a balanced center of gravity and a solid or semi-solid back structure. This weight ensures the pendant sits flat against your chest and doesn't flip around while you walk.
Are these pendants "Solid Back" or "Cage Back"?
Our premium Moissanite pendants feature a Solid or Cage Back design. We do not sell hollowed-out "shell" pendants. This gives the piece a heavy, luxurious feel (gram weight) and protects the stone settings from dirt and sweat accumulating from the back.
Do the Moissanite stones on the pendant pass the diamond tester?
Yes. Whether it is a cross, a Jesus piece, or a custom letter, all IcedJewelz pendants use VVS1 Moissanite stones that pass the thermal diamond tester. They offer the same brilliance and fire as natural diamonds.
Does the pendant come with a chain included?
Unless stated as a "Bundle Set," pendants are sold as standalone items. We recommend pairing them with our Moissanite Tennis Chains or Rope Chains for the best look. Using a cheap base-metal chain with a heavy pendant can cause the chain to snap, risking the loss of your pendant.
