1. Pre-Shipment Confirmation

  • Before dispatching your order, we share product images or a video via your registered email (or other agreed contact method).

  • You must confirm or raise concerns within 24 hours of receiving the preview.

  • If no response is received within 24 hours, the product will be considered approved and will be shipped without further delay.

 


 

2. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Product is damaged upon delivery,
✅ Product received is not what was ordered (wrong item).

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Delays caused by shipping or customs.

  • Custom or personalized orders (non-returnable under any circumstances).

 


 

3. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • clear, unedited unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory.

  • Buyer must provide valid return tracking within 3 days of delivery, once return is approved.

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

Returns without proper proof or submitted late will be rejected without exception.

 


 

4. Return Shipping & Customs

  • The buyer bears full responsibility for return shipping.

  • Any customs duties, clearance charges, or taxes related to the return must be paid by the buyer.
