1. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders over $100.
- Orders under $100: Shipping fees for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Processing/Production and Transit Time.
- In-Stock Items: * Processing time: 24–48 hours.
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: * Items such as custom nameplates, specific ring sizes, or bespoke pendants require a production period of 2–3 weeks before they are shipped.
- Once production is complete, they are shipped via our standard expedited methods.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive an automated notification via email or SMS containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally from our manufacturing hubs in India (Surat and Ajmer).
- Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Icedjewelz is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery Estimates: While we strive for 7–10 day delivery internationally, please note that customs clearances in certain countries may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
5. Shipping Address Policy
For security purposes, especially for high-value moissanite watches and chains, we recommend shipping to a secure location.
- We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at team@icedjewelz.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and ensure your jewelry reaches you or is replaced.
7. Cancellations
- Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee.
- Note: Once an order has been shipped or a custom piece has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled.
